I hate weight training in the morning. I'm glad it's over. I was not at all pleased with squats and deadlifts as way to kickoff Friday.

I think the hardest part of the Body For Life program is waiting an hour after cardio to eat. It's like the longest hour ever.

Anyone here do interval training (running)? I have always ran distance but have discovered how IT burns more fat, boost metabolism etc.
