It seems like 2.0 from the B2B world is a different spin than B2C. Theory is great, but practically speaking, how does 2.0 engage enterprise
-
@petertennis It can be used to communicate directly with prospects and clients (customers). Zappos, for example. Whole Foods for another.
-
You can also use Wi-Fi hot spots with Wi-Fi digital photo frames and HDTV's connected to media servers. Another way is to use Skype/Yugma.
-
@powerwriter Agreed, but seems fragile to me. i.e. zappos isnt selling shoes to the IT group at GE. Seems enterprise needs more targeting
-
@lamarjmorgan not getting it - how is that marketing to large enterprises and the tiny target groups within?
-
@petertennis A digital photo frame is like having your own personal TV network 24/7 when in a Wi-Fi hot spot display window.
-
@petertennis A digital frame markets just like a TV set. You have TV's selling products in shopping malls, etc.
-
Agree. I'm looking for case studies of midsized B2B IT vendors successfully using Twitter for lead generation and other sales activities.
